With owner Vince and the helm you know you’re going to get the best advice, quality product and professional customer service and installation. There’s 15 years of experience behind all of that industry knowledge! He’s also a passionate local which we know the neighbourhood clientele will love and appreciate.

The showroom is generous with everything a customer could ask for, from the huge range of sampling to easy parking and opening hours across seven days. On Melbourne’s fringes, the beautiful Yarra Valley sees one of Flooring Xtra’s latest store openings. Servicing some of Victoria’s most stunning wine region and the suburban edges of Melbourne that skirt it, Yarra Valley Flooring Xtra in Lilydale will bring the best of flooring to its clients.

Manager Michael leads the team, his knowledge spanning the entirety of the flooring process, from selection, installation and customer care. The showroom is cosy, with sampling on display representing a wide range of styles, designs and price points. Carpet, laminate, hybrid, timber and vinyl are all there with the showroom easily accessible on the main street of town.

A Triexta carpet is stain resistant and durable, is great for those on a budget, and is fantastic in family homes and high traffic areas. Triexta is has a similar composition to polyester and is also environmentally friendly, partly derived from corn sugar.
