What Do I Do If I Don’t Like The Rug After Delivery?We understand that occasionally people may change their mind and they may wish to return an item.
- Please refer to clause 1.10 for freight charges that may apply on returning goods.
- We will need to have proof of purchase if a return or refund is required.
- If you are not happy with the item as purchased online, you may return it within 7 days of the delivery date, along with proof of purchase, return form and your contact details ensuring that the item is in its original and ‘new’ condition.
