Terms & Conditions

  1. This promotion commences 12th October 2026 and concludes on 22nd November 2026, or until stocks are sold out, whichever occurs first. New Floors Rug On Us is available from participating stores only.
  2. Information on this promotion forms part of these Terms and Conditions.
  3. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
  4. This promotion is only open to residents of Australia aged 18 years and over who are not in any way associated with the promoter or the promotion. Employees and immediate family of the promoter, participating resellers and agencies involved in this promotion are not eligible to participate.
  5. Campaign details:
    • a. To be eligible for a $399 (inclusive of GST) online rug voucher, consumers must purchase a minimum of 40sqm of the selected participating hard flooring products.
    • b. To be eligible for the $399 rug voucher, the customer must purchase and book installation of eligible products only during the promotional period.
    • c. The rug voucher will only be issued once the invoice has been paid in full.
    • d. Floor coverings are sold in different widths. Square Metre price excludes installation, installation materials, floor preparation, furniture moving, electrical work, uplift and removal. Minimum floor covering purchase is one lineal metre or single pack.
  6. A cutting fee may apply. Petrol levy / freight surcharge or handling surcharge may apply in some regional areas (non-metro areas).
  7. Travel costs may apply in some regional areas (non-metro areas).
  8. Offer may not be used in conjunction with any other promotion.
  9. Not valid with any other offer. No rainchecks. Not all flooring products are available in all stores.
  10. Images are for illustrative purposes only and the actual flooring colours may vary from colour shown.
  11. Finance is available in selected stores and on selected products, however finance is not available on sale items. Please see website for further information.
  12. Claims are not transferable, assignable or exchangeable for other goods or services.
