Long-time residents of the Wollongong area will know Simons Carpets as being a family business which was established some time ago. With years of industry experience, the McKnight family are at the helm of Simons Flooring Xtra. New name, same friendly and helpful faces to assist you in store with your flooring needs. They invite you into the store to view their extensive flooring range.

Bert McKnight began his career in the flooring world in 1977 and there’s been no looking back. Together with his family he now runs the Wollongong showroom which stocks a beautiful range of both hard and soft flooring styles. With an eye for design and style, they’re more than happy to offer you advice and guide you through the ranges. In fact, the whole staff are well-equipped to provide superior information to help make these big decisions in home renovations and new builds.

The well-appointed showroom accommodates a wide range of styles and budgets and the team take pride in assisting clients with support from the beginning of the project to the very end.

Bert and his family welcome you into their new showroom at 333 Keira Street Wollongong. They’re open Monday to Friday, 8AM to 5PM and Saturday from 10AM to 2PM. Off-street parking is readily available at the front of the showroom.
